DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8625 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 8625/1810 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner; thence S89°50'43" East 1332.07 feet; <br /> _ thence S00°20' West 10.6 feet to the point of beginning; thence S00°20' West 400 feet; <br /> thence S89°40' East 375 feet; thence N00°20' East 400 feet; thence N89°40' West 375 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> This amendment will become effective if within 120-days of its adoption by Dane County the applicant <br /> shall be required to complete the following within that period: <br /> 1. Successfully obtain a stream crossing permit from the Wisconsin Department of Natural <br /> Resources across the Sugar River to access the A-2 zoning lot from Domini Road; <br /> 2. Successfully obtain a floodplain development permit for the proposed driveway from the Dane <br /> County Department of Planning&Development, and; <br /> 3. Obtain a Preliminary Review Letter from the Dane County Department of Land Conservation that <br /> indicates that it is possible to meet all stormwater and erosion control requirements of Chapter 14 <br /> of the Dane County Code, given the proposed parcel and driveway configuration. <br /> V J` <br /> f � <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
