Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1810 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions . <br /> FOR: Horse boarding facility and unlimited livestock. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT June 10, 2003 EXPIRATION DATE: (See <br /> Below) <br /> NULL&VOIO:= - <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Cross <br /> Plains described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter <br /> corner; thence S89°50 ' 43" East 1332 . 07 feet; thence S00°20 ' West <br /> 10. 6 feet to the point of beginning; thence S00°20 ' West 400 <br /> feet; thence S89°40 ' East 375 feet; thence N00°20 ' East 400 feet; <br /> thence N89°40 ' West 375 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit . <br /> 1 . No more than 25 horses shall be kept on the premises at any given <br /> time; <br /> 2. Horses shall be pastured on the A-1 (ex)- zoned parcel; <br /> 3. The landowner shall maintain and implement a current farm <br /> conservation plan approved by the Dane County Land Conservation <br /> Department for both the A-2 and A-1 (ex) parcels; <br /> 4. The landowner shall successfully obtain and implement a stormwater <br /> and erosion control permit from the Dane County Department of <br /> Planning and Development. The zoning administrator shall apply <br /> stormwater control standards regardless of whether or not proposed <br /> development exceeds 20,000 square feet of impervious surface area, <br /> as authorized under Section 14.46(5) of the Dane County Code; <br />
