CALL TO ORDER—ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Board members present: Mel Bankes, Carol Grob, and Gary Achenbach. Terry Zander <br /> was late. Art Breitenstein was absent. Also present Clerk,Brenda Kahl. <br /> II. APPROVE MINUTES OF JANUARY 20, 2003 <br /> Motion Grob/Achenbach to approve the minutes of January 20, 2003. Motion carried. <br /> • Vote 3-0. <br /> III. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Members of the public may address the board. Please <br /> observe the time limit of 3 minutes. <br /> *JeffPostle recommended several revisions to the driveway ordinance. <br /> IV. APPROVE DRIVEWAY PERMIT APPLICATION AND REZONE REQUEST <br /> A. (2003-1 D)Kendall Kahl,9332 Spring Valley Road, shared driveway permit <br /> application <br /> Motion Achenbach/Bankes to approve Kendall Kahl's permit application for a shared <br /> driveway of 1800 feet with turnarounds. Motion carried. Vote 3-0. <br /> B. (2003-2 R)Ken Savonne. Scherbel Road, rezone lot from Al-ex to R-3 <br /> Motion Achenbach/Grob to approve Ken Savonne's request to rezone a.5 acre lot from <br /> Al-ex to R-3. Motion carried. Vote 3-0 <br /> V. REVIEW LEWIS/ZAJCEK PROPERTY ANNEXATION OF 6 ACRES into the <br /> Village of Cross Plains <br /> Motion Grob/Achenbach that the Town of Berry has no objections to the annexation of 6 <br /> acres into the Village of Cross Plains. Motion carried. Vote 3-0. <br /> W. DISCUSS/APPROVE 2002 AUDIT <br /> Motion Achenbach/Grob to defer. Motion carried. Vote 3-0. <br /> *Terry Zander is present. <br /> VII. APPROVE DRIVEWAY AND FIELD ROAD ORDINANCE 2003-1 <br /> Motion Achenbach/Zander to approve Driveway and yield Ordinance 2003-1 with the <br /> correction on page 5 of item D to read Section 5;to delete item 10(D)on page 7 of this <br /> ordinance; and to add the word"design"before the word"location" on page 1 section 2. <br /> Motion carried. Vote 4-0. <br /> VIII. APPROVE SELLING THE CROSS PLAINS-BERRY FIRE STATION <br /> PROPERTY <br /> Motion Grob/Zander to approve selling the Cross Plains-Berry Fire Station property <br /> pursuant to Roessler Enterprises's°Oen offer to purchase. Motion carried. Vote 4-0. <br />
