Two sediment ponds will be used to <br /> receive wash water from wash plant prior to discharge and recycle <br /> freshwater wash pond water for re-use (closed loop). The <br /> freshwater/sediment ponds and stormwater management basins <br /> are planned to remain and will be incorporated into the site <br /> reclamation plan as wildlife ponds. <br /> • Temporary or permanent structures: <br /> O No permanent structures to remain. Temporary structures include <br /> the job trailer, scale, access control gates, signage, asphalt & <br /> concrete batch plants and washing/screening/crushing/conveying <br /> equipment will be removed at the conclusion of the project. Site <br /> improvements that may be removed will be coordinated with the <br /> land owner and may include temporary pavement and portions of <br /> the access drives and perimeter screening berm. <br /> • Erosion control measures <br /> O Wis DOT &Wis DNR selected site storm water plan (TRANS 401) <br /> to be designed, approved and implemented including tracking pads, <br /> perimeter& screening berms, silt fence, sediment ponds, <br /> emergency overflow. Water and/or calcium chloride to be used for <br /> dust control. Fuel spill kits to be present on site. Mechanical <br /> broom available for sediment control on roadways. <br /> • Proposed reclamation use: <br /> O Land will reclaimed to support agricultural cultivation and/or re- <br /> vegetation of upland areas and water management features to <br /> maintain and enhance wildlife habitat within the CUP area. <br /> 8 <br />
