Once the above conditions are satisfied your shoreland zoning permit will be issued with <br /> the following conditions, and you may apply for the general zoning permit: <br /> 1. All areas where impervious surface is to be removed must be restored to a <br /> vegetated state capable of infiltrating water. <br /> 2.
