Subcontractor acknowledges that Hoffman Construction Company has the right to request additional drug& <br /> alcohol program verification at any time,and that failure to provide the requested information in a timely <br /> manner may be grounds for termination of our relationship. <br /> Manufacturer's Certification of Compliance Filing Process document is an agreement between Hoffman <br /> Construction Company and the Subcontractor to modify Section 106.3,paragraph 4:"Samples and Tests"of <br /> the 1989 State of Wisconsin Standard Specifications: Reference Current Supplemental Specifications. <br /> In the case of manufactured products or assemblies, the engineer may at their discretion, accept the <br /> manufacturer's Certified Report of Test or Analysis or a Manufacturer's Certificate of Compliance in lieu of <br /> performing tests on samples, The kind of document required will be as directed by the engineer. <br /> The manufacturer's certifications shall be provided by the Subcontractor within 7 calendar days when <br /> requested by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation or by Hoffman Construction Company, The ability <br /> to provide the certifications shall be maintained for a period of five(5)years after contract work is completed. <br /> Samples of the certified products or assemblies may be taken by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation <br /> for certification verification testing.
