Per your direction, I filled out a Zoning Permit Application for each of the building
signs which are up as well as for each of the canopy sign/logos that are up. I believe this is what was the issue of
concern with the existing Stop Work Order notice and letter(both dated 6/29/17).
In addition, I included a Zoning Permit Application for the proposed 10 directional signs. I believe these are necessary
and required for the safe access bcour customers based on WisDOT's changes to our access points. I wish to
immediately start work on these. Time is of the essence. It would be unwise and unreasonable to be forced to operate
under WisDOT's revised access conditions and not have these signs in place and operational. Note, the signs are
internally LED illuminated and solar powered. Many of the signs have a logo only on one side.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments. I would be happy to bring original documents to your
office early next week if you wish. I would like to pay the permit fees early next week if possible too.
Note, I left many fields blank on the Application since they did not apply. If anything should be changed, please let me
know. The form did not seem to be developed with signage in mind.
I believe this email, the submittals of the building sign applications (2) and the submittals of the canopy sign applications
(2)fully satisfy the requirements of your June 29th letter. Please let me know if anything else is needed.
