CONCLUSIONS <br /> A. Summary of Findings <br /> In general, the proposal appears reasonably consistent with adopted county and town policies and <br /> regulations. However, some of the proposed uses, such as retreat center and meeting center, may <br /> be inappropriate for the requested zoning district. Additional site planning will also be necessary <br /> to determine ordinance compliance and to address specific environmental and traffic concerns. <br /> B. Proposed Conditions of Approval <br /> The committee may wish to delay action on this proposal until zoning conflicts can be resolved, <br /> appropriate field work is conducted and a sufficiently detailed site and operations plan can be <br /> provided.
