I hope they will be taken into consideration before the permit to change this <br /> area from A-1 Exclusive Agricultural to RE-1 Recreational is approved. <br /> My concerns are: <br /> 1. Traffic There should not be increased traffic on Timber Lane, a Town of Verona <br /> road. If this zone change is permitted, the camp's entrance should be from County Hwy <br /> PD. <br /> 2. Unsightly signs There should not be any signs within the view of local residents. <br /> 3. Tents, campers, etc. I am not sure what type of camp this will be.
