The maintenance agreement for permanent stormwater management practices must be <br /> recorded with the Register of Deeds and a letter of credit (LOC) for 110% of the expected <br /> cost of erosion control and stormwater management ($11,058) must be submitted prior to <br /> permit issuance. <br /> 9. As-built plans and certification, performed by a professional engineer, will be required for <br /> all permanent stormwater management practices and facilities. <br /> 10. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is planned to begin May 1, 2008. <br /> All disturbed areas associated with driveway construction must be permanently <br /> seeded and mulched (or erosion matted where noted) by June 13, 2008. <br /> All disturbed areas on the site must be seeded and mulched by September 15, <br /> 2008. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan <br /> (September 15, 2008) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is <br /> for the erosion control and stormwater management requirements of Chapter 14, Dane County <br /> • Code of Ordinances only and other approvals may be necessary. The applicant must obtain a <br /> permit card from the Land Conservation counter and display it on the site prior to <br /> disturbing ground.
