Dane County Zoning Permit 2008-0279 History: <br /> -SIG <br /> Date Activity <br /> Early May 2008 Stop work order issued by Zoning Inspector Hans Hilbert at <br /> 615 N Fair Oaks Ave in the Town of Blooming Grove for a <br /> front porch addition being built without obtaining a zoning <br /> permit. <br /> May 20, 2008 Tim Keyes, agent for the property owner at 615 N Fair <br /> Oaks Ave, received a zoning permit for the existing front <br /> porch with a condition that 3 feet of the porch closest to the <br /> road frontage needs to be removed to be in compliance with <br /> the minimum setback from road frontage. <br /> Early June 2008 Tim Keyes made a verbal request of the Zoning <br /> Administrator for reasonable accommodations for <br /> handicapped persons [DCCO 10.25(2)(am)] <br /> June 16, 2008 In a letter dated June 16, 2008 the Zoning Administrator <br /> denied the request for reasonable accommodations for <br /> handicapped persons. The letter explained that if the <br /> requestor was aggrieved by the Zoning Administrator's <br /> decision they are entitled to appeal the decision to the <br /> Board of Adjustment within 30 days of the date of the letter <br /> (July 16, 2008). <br /> July 17, 2008 Dane County Zoning did not receive an appeal of the <br /> Zoning Administrator's decision. <br /> September 25, 2008 A site inspection of 615 N Fair Oaks observed that the <br /> porch was still encroaching into the minimum allowed <br /> setback by 3 feet. <br /> September 30, 2008 Citation sent to Tim Keyes [DCCO 10.25(5)(a)] <br />
