<br />Service Agency No. 15 made and filed on July 2, 1974, thereby granting the appeal.
<br />The State Appeal Board thereupon directed that an order be prepared by the Secre-
<br />tary of the State Appeal Board reversing the order of the said Agency School Committee
<br />of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15 made and filed July 2, 1974, and grant-
<br />ing the reorganization requested in the petition filed June 5, 1974, and granting this
<br />appeal filed July 15, 1974, in accordance with the vote of said State Appeal Board.
<br />The State Appeal Board further provided that said order reversing the Agency School
<br />Committee order be mailed by the Secretary of the State Appeal Board pursuant to Sec-
<br />tion 117.01 (2) (c), Wis. Stats., to be effective 30 days after mailing by the Secretary
<br />of the Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15.
<br />THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED That said Agency School Committee order of July 2, 1974,
<br />be reversed and that the following described territory, to wit:
<br />Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and part of
<br />the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Town-

<br />15 "E, 264.00 feet to the point of beginning of this des-
<br />cription; thence N74 009'40 "W, 457.46 feet; thence N160011E,
<br />18.77 feet; thence on a curve to the right of radius 117
<br />feet whose long chord bears N47 020'15 "E, 121.64 feet;
<br />thence N78 039'30 "E, 101.64 feet; thence on a curve to the
<br />left of radius 300.90 feet whose long chord bears N74 037'
<br />33 11E, 42.32 feet; thence continue along said curve whose
<br />long chord bears N62 038'05 "E, 83.32 feet; thence S440241E,
<br />64.24 feet; thence S75 026'45 "E, 504.30 feet; thence S90
<br />17'W, 233.37 feet; thence N73 028'10 "W, 380.08 feet to the

<br />be detached from Joint School District No. 3, City of Middleton, Village of Cross

<br />Black Earth..and Mazomanie and Towns of Berry, Black Earth, Cross Plains, Mazomanie,
