(WSOR)tracks with Schwartz Road in the town of Middleton,Dane County.' <br /> The petition is GRANTED subject to conditions. <br /> Introduction <br /> Pursuant to due notice,the Office held a telephonic hearing at Madison and the town of <br /> Middleton on June 27, 2017, before Administrative Law Judge David Albino. The WSOR,the <br /> town, and OW Holdings, LLC (OWH) are the only parties to this proceeding. However,the city <br /> of Middleton2 and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT)3 each filed letters in <br /> support of granting the petition. <br /> This matter is uncontested and therefore a proposed decision is not required before <br /> issuing this Final Decision.
