SAB-151 - 3 - children involved in said appeal and after conferring and due consideration given, said State Appeal Board by roll call vote duly recorded voted by a majority vote of its members to affirm said Order No. 51 of said Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15 made and filed October 25, 1971, thereby denying the appeal. The State Appeal Board thereupon directed that an order be prepared by the Secre- ta-y of the State Appeal Board affirming the order of reorganization of said Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15 made and filed October 25, 1971, and granting the reorganization requested in the petition filed September 29, 1971, and denying or dismissing this appeal filed November 16, 1971, in accordance with the vote of said State Appeal Board. The State Appeal Board further provided that said order affirming the Agency School Committee order granting the reorganization requested in said petition filed September 29, 1971, be mailed by the Secretary of the State Appeal Board pursuant to Section 117.01 (2) (c) , Wis. Stats. , to be effective 30 days after mailing by the Secretary of the Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED That said Agency School Committee order of October 25, 1971, be affirmed and that the following described territory, to wit : Part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 11, Town 7 North, Range 11 East, (Township of Cottage Grove) , Dane County, Wisconsin, which is more fully described as follows : Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southeast 1/4, Southwest 1/4; Thence West along the North line of said quarter- .arter, 150.0 feet to the point of beginning of this descrip- tion; Thence South 0°55' West, parallel to the East line of said quarter-quarter, 404.5 feet to the center line of County Trunk Highway "BB" ; Thence along said center line of highway on a 1°30' curve to the right whose long chord bears North- westerly for a distance of 613.5 feet to the point of in, er- section with the North line of said Southeast 1/4, Southwest 1/4; Thence East , along said North line of quarter-quarter, 467.6 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting all land along the Southwesterly side of the above-described parcel which is now being used for highway purposes,
