The BOA granted him variances from minimum lot width and area for a sewered lot in the <br /> Shoreland district on 04/26/2007 under Appeal 3468. They included a Condition that LCD "approve a Stormwater <br /> Management Permit including rain gardens as proposed by Carlson, to uphold the purposes of the Shoreland district..." <br /> It appears that the SE/SW Permit has been approved, but both Alan and I had a question about the maintenance <br /> agreement. (See item 5. in your letter to Alan dated 04/16/2008). Have you provided him with an agreement to be <br /> recorded? What's the next step? <br /> Thanks for your help on this.
