STATEMENT OF SUPPORT <br /> As an area farmer who utilizes aerial application <br /> services, I encourage the Dane County Board and <br /> Zoning Committee to approve David Weiman's <br /> request for a conditional-use permit to <br /> establish an airstrip on his land. <br /> I believe that Mr. Weiman and his fellow aircraft <br /> owners at Brooklyn Airport have been "good <br /> neighbors" to area farmers in providing a <br /> landing site for our aerial applicators, and <br /> would like to see this relationship continue and <br /> strengthen. <br /> I believe that Mr. Weiman's airstrip could proove <br /> valuable in an emergency situation should an <br /> aircraft become disabled and could not reach the <br /> Brooklyn Airport.
