Addendum 1 to Condominium Plat attached as Exhibit "B" to this Fourth Amendment. <br />Exhibit "B" to the Original Declaration is hereby deleted and shall be replaced in its <br />entirety by Exhibit "B" attached to this Fourth Amendment. <br />2) General Description of Condominium. Section 2.5 of the Declaration is <br />hereby amended in part to reflect that the Condominium contains (i) one hundred forty- <br />two (142) Parking Stalls, and (ii) one hundred seventy-two (172) Storage Areas. <br />3) Storage Areas. Section 5.2(E) of the Declaration is hereby amended in <br />part by deleting the first (1st) sentence and replacing the same with the following: <br />"The Storage Areas identified on the Condominium Plat as ST1 to ST153, <br />inclusive, ST156 to ST158, inclusive, and ST161 to ST176, inclusive, <br />including the door leading to or from each Storage Area. The Mechanical <br />Rooms identified on the Condominium Plat as ST154 and ST159 shall be <br />Common Elements." <br />The remainder of Section 5.2(E) shall remain unchanged. <br />4) Parking Areas. Section 5.2(F) of the Declaration is hereby amended in <br />part by deleting the first (1st) sentence and replacing the same with the following: <br />"The Parking Stalls identified on the Condominium Plat as P1 to P51, <br />inclusive, P53 to P58, inclusive, and P60 to P144, inclusive." <br />The remainder of Section 5.2(F) shall remain unchanged. <br />5) Miscellaneous. Except as amended herein, all other terms, covenants <br />and conditions of the Declaration shall remain unchanged. All capitalized terms <br />contained herein shall have the same meaning as such terms are defined in the <br />Declaration, unless expressly defined otherwise herein. <br />SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS <br />3 <br />
