EFFECTIVE APRIL 15, 2021 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11647 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: CROSS PLAINS Location: Section 3 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> LC to FP-B <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW1/4 of the SE1/4 and in the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 3, <br /> T7N, R7E, Town of Cross Plains and the Village of Cross Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin more <br /> particularly described as follows: Beginning at the south 1/4 corner of said Section 3; thence <br /> N00°21'34"W along the east line of Outlot 2 of Glacial Valley (recorded as S0°13'03"E), 534.06 <br /> ft.; thence S79°10'10"E, 538.18 ft. (recorded as S79°00'E, 535.9 ft.) to the centerline of County <br /> Highway "P" in a curve to the left having a central angle of 19°16'08" and a radius of 1432.50 <br /> ft.; thence southerly along the arc of said curve and said centerline, 481.77 ft. to the south line <br /> of said SW1/4 of the SE1/4, said curve having a long chord bearing 525°41'14"W (recorded as <br /> 525°36'W), 479.50 ft.; thence 589°51'15"W along said south line, 317.40 ft. to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.101(8)(d) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br /> owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the property to limit the land uses exclusively <br /> to the storage and maintenance of agricultural equipment. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as <br /> well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s) <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the recorded document shall be <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
