The FP-B district allows a more limited set of uses, all related to agriculture, but sets no <br /> specific limit on building size. The property is adjacent to the Village of Cross Plains,which lies immediately to the west. <br /> TOWN PLAN: The property is located within a Farmland Preservation area under the Town of Cross Plains/Dane County <br /> Comprehensive Plan and the Dane County Farmland Preservation Plan. The FP-B zoning district is specifically listed in <br /> the plan as compatible with the objectives and policies of these areas. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY:County Highway P is a controlled access highway. No new access points will be permitted. <br /> RESOURCE PROTECTION: There are no mapped resource protection corridors within 300 feet of the proposed FP-B <br /> parcel. <br /> STAFF: Recommend approval with no conditions. <br /> TOWN: The Town Board approved the petition conditioned upon a deed restriction being recorded on the property to <br /> limit the land uses to the storage of agricultural equipment. <br /> Questions?Contact Brian Standing at standing@countyofdane.com <br />
