<br />SUBSTITUTED AGREEMENT AS TO USE RESTRICTIONS
<br />ON PLAT OF SUNSET - 'VILLAGE, THIRD ADDITION,
<br />TOWN OF MADISON,. DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN.
<br />WHEREAS, McKennas, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, has
<br />heretofore, as owner, filed for. record. the Plat of Sunset
<br />Village, Third. Addition, in the Torn, of Madison, Dane County,
<br />Wisconsin, and has h retofore placed of record certain use
<br />restrictions pertain ng to said Plat, which restrictions are
<br />set forth in full in! that certain document filed in the office
<br />of the Register of Dleeds for Dane County, Wisconsin, in Volume
<br />151 of Miscellaneous, page 88, document No. 639602;
<br />AND WHEREAS It is deemed necessary and advisable to
<br />make revisions of said restrictions as' set forth in the above
<br />described document IIo. 639602;
<br />.AND 'NHEREAS, The undersigned Obert Faren and Alice E.
<br />Faren, husband and wife, Paul K. Larson and Muriel F. Larson,
<br />husband and wife, and Os'
<br />swal °d F. Larson and Violet Larson,
<br />husband and wife, have subsequently acquired title to portions
<br />of the said Third Addition Plat, said owners, together with
<br />McKennas, Inc., now being the owners of the entire area embraced
<br />within said. Third Addition Plat,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED By and between the under -
<br />signed,and for the' benefit of all lots in said Third Addition
<br />Plat and the future purchasers m d owners thereof, that the
<br />original restrictions appearing in Volume 151 of Miscellaneous,
<br />page 88, document No. 639602, Dane County Registry, be and they
<br />hereby are released and expunged and that in lieu thereof the
<br />following restrictions shall apply to all lots in the said Third.
