Chapter 14 <br /> [History: am., Sub. 4 to OA 27, 1993-94, pub. 14.54 REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIFIC <br /> 09/30/94, eff. 01/01/95.] EROSION CONTROL PLANS. Erosion control <br /> plans required under section 14.53 may include <br /> 14.53 APPLICABILITY OF REQUIREMENT consideration of adjoining landowners cooperative <br /> FOR EROSION CONTROL PLANS. (1) Any efforts to control transport of sediment, and to be <br /> land disturbing activity occurring anywhere within approved shall consist of the following: <br /> the territorial limits of Dane County which involves (1) cross sections of road ditches; <br /> an area in excess of 4,000 square feet or involving (2) profiles within road ditches; <br /> activity on a slope of greater than 12% grade which (3) culvert sizes; <br /> may have off-site impacts, excluding agricultural (4) direction of flow of runoff; <br /> activities or government highway construction, is (5) watershed size for each drainage area; <br /> subject to sections 14.51 through 14.99 of this (6) design discharge for ditches and structural <br /> ordinance to control off-site soil transport.
