ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO 41 <br /> 1987-88 <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> RELATING TO EROSION CONTROL PLAN <br /> The County Board of Supervisors of the County of Dane does ordain as follows: <br /> Repeal Section 14.53 Dane County Code of Ordinances and recreate as follows: <br /> SECTION 14.53 APPLICABILITY OF REQUIREMENT FOR EROSION CONTROL PLANS. <br /> (1) Projects located in the R-4, A-B, B-1, C-1, C-2, <br /> which have an area in excess of 20,000 square feet that Cis disturbed and <br /> or construction of buildings, by landscaping <br /> parking rdtn, drives or sidewalks are subject to <br /> Sections 14.51 through 14.99 of this his Ordinance. <br /> [EXPLANATION: This proposal reflects the Zoning Administrator's and L.C.C. <br /> perception of what was intended when the original Chapter 14 was adopted in Staff s <br /> September 1987. At present all lots located in the C-1 C-2 <br /> are subject to the requirement for an erosion control plan re and M-1 Districts <br /> regardless of size of <br /> lot. The proposed revision changes the standard from lot lot to the <br /> and exempts projects which are less than 20,000 square feet in area.
