(3) The plan shall be implemented prior to the start of <br /> construction of the related buildings or parking lots. <br /> (4) The construction site shall be inspected by the <br /> Zoning Administrator with support provided by LCC staff. <br /> (5) If the Zoning Administrator ' s inspections reveal any <br /> noncompliance with the plan, the Zoning Administrator shall <br /> notify the owner or contractor. The owner shall have ten days <br /> from the date of notification by the Zoning Administrator to <br /> correct any noncompliance with the plan. <br /> (6) The Zoning Administrator shall issue a ' stop work ' order on <br /> the project covered by the zoning permit if the project is not <br /> brought into compliance with the plan within 10 days after notice <br /> under sub. (5) above. <br /> (7) The fee for review of the plan by the Zoning Administrator <br /> shall be $10. 00 payable at the time an application for a zoning <br /> permit is filed. <br /> 14.57 VARIANCES AND APPEALS. (1) Variances and appeals from <br /> the requirements of sections 14. 58 through 14. 55 may be taken to <br /> the Board of Adjustment by the applicant or any other person <br /> directly affected thereby. <br /> [EXPLANATION: This amendment is intended to provide for control <br /> of soil erosion on major construction sites in rural Dane <br /> County. Such plans are already required for plat development; <br /> this amendment expands that requirement to commercial and large <br /> scale, non-plat development. ] <br />
