An erosion control plan required under this section 14. 53 shall consist of the following : (1) cross section of road ditches; (2) profile within road ditches; (3) culvert sizes; (4) direction of flow of runoff; (5) watershed size for each drainage area; (6) design discharge for ditches and structural measures; (7) runoff velocities; (8) fertilizer and seeding rates and recommendations; (9) time schedule for seeding; design and location of erosion control measures; (10) method by which the lot (s) are to be developed; (11) plans for disturbing the area and for re-vegetation; and (12) a statement as to how any runoff resulting from construction will effect areas outside of the plat. 14.55 FILING OF EROSION CONTROL PLAN. Any person applying for a zoning permit in any district subject to section 14. 53 shall, as . • part of the zoning permit application process, submit an erosion control plan meeting the requirements of section 14. 54 . The Zoning Administrator shall review the plan for completeness. A zoning permit may not be issued if the plan is not submitted or is deficient in content. The issuance of a zoning permit shall be withheld pending review of the plan. 14.56 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT. (1) The Zoning Administrator shall forward the plan to LCC staff, for review and comment. LCC staff shall review the plan purusant to the Soil Conservation Service Technical Guide as adopted by Dane County and notify the Zoning Administrator of any deficiency in the plan. . (2) The Zoning Administrator shall inform the applicant for a zoning permit of any deficiency in the plan and the applicant shall correct any such deficiency in the plan before the zoning permit is issued.
