NO. 19, 1990-91 <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 12 OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES, <br /> RELATING TO ZONING FEES <br /> The County Board of Supervisors of. the County of Dane does <br /> ordain as follows : <br /> ARTICLE 1. Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, all <br /> references to section and chapter numbers are to those of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances . <br /> ARTICLE 2. Section 12 . 03 is amended to read as follows : <br /> Section 12.03 SINGLE FAMILY AND DUPLEX RESIDENCES. (1) For <br /> construction of new single family, and duplex residences the fee <br /> shall be $16-96 $50 . 00 plus $07925 $0 . 035 for each square foot of <br /> floor area including basements and attached garages . <br /> ( 2) For additions to or alterations of existing single family <br /> and duplex residences the fee shall be $50 .00 plus $1. 00 for each <br /> $1, 000 or fraction thereof of construction cost. <br /> ( 3) For construction, including additions or alterations, of <br /> commercial and multi-family structures, the fee shall be $100 . 00 <br /> plus $1. 50 for each $1, 000 of construction cost or fraction <br /> thereof, provided that the fee per $1,000 .of construction cost <br /> shall only apply to the first $1,000 , 000 of such cost . <br /> ( 4) Measurements are to be made using outside dimensions. When <br /> computed, the fee amount shall be ' rounded to the nearest dollar . <br /> [EXPLANATION: These charges are necessary to fund requested <br /> revenues in the 1991 proposed budget.
