ARTICLE 3. Section 12 . 04 (1) is amended to read as follows: <br /> ( 1) The fee for all new construction, alterations and additions <br /> to existing buildings and buildings used for agricultural <br /> purposes where a permit is required because of locational <br /> requirements of Board of Adjustment, except as provided in <br /> Section 12 . 03, shall be $36 799 $50 . 00 plus $1. 00 for each $1, 000 <br /> or fraction thereof of construction costs. <br /> [EXPLANATION: These charges are necessary to fund requested <br /> revenues in the 1991 proposed budget. ] <br /> ARTICLE 4. Section 12 . 05 is amended to read as follows : <br /> Section 12.05 PERMIT FEES. tl1.
