GUNJN( U±W1NANLh HMENUM1N1' NO. LS.iS The Dane County Board of Supervisors do ordain: • • That Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances be. amended as follows: 1. Amend 10.25 (4) , (a) (b) and (c) to read as follows: (a) Fees for permits for new single family homes and duplexes shall be $5.00 plus $0.025 $9 792 for each square foot of floor area including basements and attached garages. Measurements to be made using outside dimensions. When computed the amount shall be rounded to the nearest dollar. (b)% For all new construction except for single family and duplex residences; for additions and alterations to existing buildings and buildings used for agricultural purposes that because of locational requirements a Board of Adjustment permit is required. Cost of construction shall also include the cost of mechanical equipment but not manufacturing or processing machinery or equipment, the fee shall be computed as follows: For the first $1,000 of construction cost $10.00 For each addition $1,000 of construction cost $4.99 $2.00 (c) Permits to place fill, grade or excavate in a flood plain area $25-A9 $40.00 Permits, where required for farm drainage ditches or maintenance and soil conservation practices shall not be subject to a fee. 2. Amend 10.25 (5) (a) to read as follows: (a), Petitions to amend the Zoning Ordinance and applieatiens for eenditienal Use Permits $5e-ee $75.00 3. Renumber 10.25 (5) (b) to (c) . 4. Create a new 10.25 (5) (b) to read as follows: (b)>( Applications for Conditional Use Permits $60.00' 5. Amend new 10.25 (5) (c) to read as follows: (c)i/Mineral Extraction Permits and renewals $25 769 $100.00 6. Amend//10.25 (6) (a) to read as follows: (a) (,,Applications for Special Exception Permits and Variance from the Zoning Ordinance $5e-90 $60.00 7. Amend 10.25 (4) (d) to read as follows: (d) .Pees eelleeted under this seetien shall be eelleeted at the time the permit is issued; •-• and shall be aeeeunted for an paid into the general fund as are ether moneys eelleeted by the county- The Zoning Administrator shall issue a reeeipt for eaeh fee eelleeted- Zoning permits are required for municipally owned buildings, however, the fee shall be waived. 8. Repeal 10.25 (6) (a) 2. 9. Amer]d'10.25 (7) to read as follows: (7),K REFUND DISPOSITION OF FEES 10. Renumber 10.25 (7) (a) to (b) . 11. Create a new 10.25 (7) (a) to read as follows: (a), ees collected under this section by the Zoning Administrator shall be accounted for and paid into the general fund of Dane County as are other moneys collected by the County.
