ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT #2536 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors do ordain: <br /> That Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. be amended as <br /> follows: <br /> 1., Create a new 10.123 (3) (f) to read as follows: <br /> ,(f) Home occupations as defined in 10.01 (25) of this ordinance. <br /> 2.�Repeal 10.10 (1) (a) and recreate to read as follows: <br /> �7 (a) Recreatinal facilities including but not limited to golf courses, golf <br /> driving ranges, tennis courts, archery ranges, and baseball diamonds, <br /> provided that if located outside of a building they shall not be lighted <br /> to operate during the hours of darkness. <br /> ),./1.7-- <br /> Repeal 10.10 (1) (f) . <br /> 4:---172enumber 10.10 (1) (g) and (h) to (f) and (g) . <br /> /4,5.
