The second or final inspection shall be made before a certifi- <br /> date of compliance can be issued under 10 .25 (4) of this ordi- <br /> nance. <br /> Former Section 10. 25 (4) (e) now 10. 25 (2) (i) reads as follows: <br /> (i) A permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this section <br /> shall expire one year from the date of issuance if construc- <br /> tion is not started within that time and will expire if con- <br /> struction once started does not diligently proceed to comple- <br /> tion within.. two years of starting time. <br />
