ARTICLE 8: Existing subsection ( 9 ) of section 10 . 12 is <br /> renumbered as sub-subsection (b) of said section for <br /> incorporation into new subsection ( 1) created below. <br /> ARTICLE 9: Existing subsections (1 ) through ( 8 ) of section 10 . 12 <br /> are renumbered as subsections ( 2 ) through ( 9) , respectively, of <br /> said section and a new subsection ( 1) is created to read as <br /> follows : <br /> ( 1 ) (a) The A-1 Agriculture District is generally for <br /> agricultural production and related uses. Residences and a <br /> variety of other non-farm uses are permitted. The district does <br /> not qualify for Farmland Preservation Credit . <br /> [EXPLANATION: This amendment creates a statement of purpose for <br /> this district . ] <br /> ARTICLE 10: As renumbered, subsection ( 2) (d) of section 10 . 12 is <br /> amended to read as follows : <br /> (d) Home occupations, as defined in Section pcimama% <br /> 10 . 01 ( 25 ) . <br /> [EXPLANATION: This amendment changes the reference to be <br /> consistent with home occupational uses in residential districts . ] <br /> ARTICLE 11: Sub-subsections (e) through (g) of renumbered <br /> subsection ( 2) of section 10 . 12 are amended to read as follows : <br /> ( e) Day care for not more than 8 children. <br /> (Of) Accessory buildings <br /> 1 .
