Section 10 .126 (3) (g) is amended to read as follows: <br /> (g) Jttnk and salvage yard recycling centers. <br /> [EXPLANATION: The amendment brings the section- in line with <br /> other amendments made herein. No substantive change is <br /> intended. ] <br /> ARTICLE 6. Section 10.126( 5) (c) is repealed in its entirety. <br /> tat Salvage yards recycling centers: Minimum area is three <br /> acres. <br /> [EXPLANATION: The section being repealed specifies the minimum <br /> size of what is being renamed a recycling center. Minimum size <br /> and other regulations are best handled by the conditional use <br /> permit process which can be tailored to fit the individual <br /> situation. ] <br /> ARTICLE 7. Section 10 .15(2) (h) is amended to read as follows: <br /> (h) ffttnk and salvage yards recycling centers. <br /> [EXPLANATION: The amendment brings the section in line with <br /> other amendments made herein. No substantive change is <br /> intended. ] <br /> ARTICLE 8. Section 10.16 (1) (c)6. is amended to read as follows: <br /> 6. Subject to sec. 341. 266(4) , Wis. Stats. , a A motor vehicle <br /> that is inoperable or unlicensed is considered as salvage or junk <br /> and can only be stored in a licensed tiink er salvage yard <br /> recycling center. A parts car stored as provided for in <br /> subparagraph 3 above shall not be subject to this subparagraph. <br /> [EXPLANATION: The amendment brings the section in line with <br /> other amendments made herein.
