- 5 - •(8) REAR YARDS (a) For single family and duplex buildings the rear yards shall be the same as for the R-3A Residence District. (b) For multiple family, dwellings not exceeding two stories the rear yard shall be not less than 25 feet. For building exceeding two stories, the rear yard shall be increased by 10 feet for each full story over two stories. (9) OFF-STREET PARKING (a) Off-street parking shall be provided as required in Section 10.18. Repeal 10.16 (1) subsections 3 4. and 5. • Create a new 10.16 (1) 3. to read as follows:. 3. In the A-1 Agriculture District, additional single family residences or du- plexes may be provided for members of the family or employees that are employed on a full time basis in a agricultural use. Repeal 10.16 (4) subsection (a) . Renumber 10.16 (4) (b) thru (g) to (a) thru (f) . Repeal '10.16 (5) (b) 2, and recreate to read as follows: . 2. When the long side of a corner lot is formed by a class D or E Highway the setback from the lot line of the long. side shall be not less than one-fifth of the lot depth measured from the long side except on lots of less than 60 feet then the setback shall not be less than 12 feet. For buildings with attached garages facing the long side and having access to the long side of the lot, the minimum setback from the lot line shall be not less than 20 feet. Repeal 10.16 (5) subsection (c) . Repeal 10.16 (6) (a) subsection 5. Amend the ordinance by replacing the words zoning supervisor, wherever it appears, with the words, zoning administrator. Amend subsection (a) of Section 10.25 (1) to read as follows: (a) The provisions of this ordinance shall be administered by or under the zoning • supervisor, who in person or by duly authorized deputy or assistant shall have the right to enter upon premises affected by this- ordinance at reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection. The zoning supervisor shall hold his office under civil service, and vacancies in such office shall be filled by procedures esta- blished by the Civil Service Ordinance. The Zoning Committee County Executive shall • be the appointing authority for the position of zoning supervisor. Amend 10.26 (1) (a) to read as follows: (a) The Board of Adjustment shall. consist: of three members, appointed by the -ehairmen of the eeunty Beard County Executive with the approval of the county • board, each serving for a term of three (3) years beginning July 1, with the term of one member expiring each year. Members shall reside within the unincorporated areas of the county under the 7urkedietken of this erdinanee and no two members shall be from the same town. Compensation of members shall be the same as allowed county board members for attendance at committee meetings. EFFECTIVE: October 29, 1976.
