In addi- <br /> tion to the standards established in 10.25 (4) (g) the additional standards in <br /> 10.11 (2) 1. shall apply to drive-in establishments. <br /> (d) Hospitals, veterinary hospitals, nursing homes, convalescent centers, extended <br /> care facilities. <br /> (e) Institutions for children,' group foster homes. <br /> (f) Mobile home parks, subject to special conditions as provided for in 10.08 (9) . <br /> (g) Outdoor amusement parks or other entertainment activity that is open to the <br /> public on either a permanent or temporary basis. <br /> • <br /> (h) Indoor or outdoor movie theater. • <br /> (i) Automobile laundries, car gash facilities. <br /> Repeal. subsections 10.13 (3) thru (8) and recreate to read as follows: <br /> (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br /> (a) For business buildings, including offices, the maximum building height <br /> shall be four (4) stories, provided however that any building that provides <br /> more than 2 stories devoted to office space, a conditional use permit shall <br /> be required. <br /> (b) Lots or •building sites for residential purposes or for combined business <br /> and residential uses shall comply with the requirements of the R-4 Residence <br /> District. <br />
