- 3 - <br /> (5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a)' Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall comply with the <br /> provision of Section 10.17. <br /> (6) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) For buildings to be used exclusively for business purposes no side yard <br /> shall be required for interior lots; provided, however, that if a business <br /> building is built on a lot adjacent to a lot or parcel zoned residential, then <br /> such business building shall provide a side yard equal to that which is required <br /> for the building on the adjacent lot. <br /> (b) For residential building, or buildings to be used for combined residential <br /> and business purposes, the side yards shall be the same as in the R-4 Residence <br /> District. <br /> (7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) For buildings to be used exclusively for business purposes the minimum depth <br /> of any rear yard shall be then ten (10) feet. <br /> (b) For residential buildings, or buildings combining residential and business <br /> . . uses, the minimum depth of any rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> (8) OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> (a) Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Section 10.08. <br /> (9) SCREENING PROVISIONS <br /> (a) On lots adjacent to or abutting land in a residence district, the screening <br /> provisions of Section 10.16 (8) shall be complied with prior to the issuance <br /> of a Certificate of Compliance. <br /> Repeal subsections 10.14 (1) (a) thru (f) and recreate to read as follows: <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District <br /> without limitations as to size. <br /> (b) Major repairs to motor vehicles. <br /> (c) Sales of new and used motor vehicles. <br /> (d) Sales of new and used mobile homes <br /> (e) Sales of new and used contractor's machinery and equipment. <br /> (f) Repairs and service of contractor's machinery and equipment. <br /> (g) Rental and leasing of motor vehicles, contractor's machinery and equipment. <br /> (h) Bulk fuel storage, sales and outside storage of lumber and building material. <br /> (i) Truck and bus terminals. <br /> (j) Auxiliary or supplemental electric generating stations. <br /> (k) Fertilizer mixing or.blending plants. <br /> (1) Slaughter houses, meat processing plants. <br /> (m) Bottling plants. <br /> (n) Utility services. <br /> • <br /> Repeal subsectons 10.14 (2) (a) and (b) and recreate to read as follows: <br /> (a) Outdoor amusement parks or other entertainment activity whether on a per- <br /> manent or temporary basis that is open to the general public. <br /> (b) Movie theaters, . outdoor theatres. <br /> (c) Drive-in establishments in addition to the standards established in 10.25 <br /> (4) (g) the additional standards in 10.11 (2) 1. shall apply to drive-in <br /> establishments. <br /> (d) Automobile racetracks, motor cycle race tracks including moto-cross and <br /> hill climbing courses. <br /> (e) Mineral extraction subject to the special conditions of Section 10.12 (2) (a) . <br />
