SECTION 10.0$•4 10.09 <br /> (c) Mobile Homes Parks shall provide a minimum lot area of three thousand (3,000) <br /> square feet of lot area for 'each mobile home exclusive of roadways within the park <br /> area. <br /> (5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall conform to the require- <br /> ments of Section 10.17; provided, however, that driveways within an apartment house ' <br /> complex, leading to buildings or parking spaces, which are not through streets, shall <br /> knot be considered streets for the purpose of determining setback. <br /> • <br /> (6) SIDE .YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The minimum side yard on each side of a building not exceeding two and one-half <br /> (21/2) stories in height 'shall be ten (10) feet on each side. <br /> (b) For buildings exceeding two and one-half (25/2) stories in height the side yard- on <br /> -each side shall be increased by (10) ten feet for each full story over two stories. <br /> (c) For apartment house complexes, where each building is not on a separate parcel of <br /> land, the minimum distance between buildings shall be the sum of the- side yards which <br /> would. be required if the buildings were on separately described parcels. <br /> (d) No mobile home shall be located within ten (10) feet of any side lot line of a <br /> mobile home .park. <br /> (7) REAR.YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet; provided that <br /> for buildings exceeding two and one-half (2Y2) stories or thirty-five (35) feet in <br /> height the rear yard shall be increased by ten (10) feet for each full story over two <br /> stories. <br /> (b) No mobile home shall be located within twenty-five (25) feet of the rear lot line <br /> of .a mobile home park. <br /> (8) OFF-STREET PARKING • <br /> '(a) Off-street parking shall be as required by Section 10.18. <br /> 10.09 RH-1 RURAL HOMES DISTRICT <br /> (1) USES PERMITTED <br /> (a) All uses ,permitted in the R-1 Residence District <br /> • <br /> (b) General farming, including dairying, livestock raising and similar uses, except <br /> fur farming, rodent breeding and raising, or any animal breeding 'and raising for experi- <br /> mental purposes, apiaries; feeding of livestock for market. <br /> • (c) Roadside stands. <br /> (2) BUJILDING HEIGHT LIMIT • <br /> (a) The building height shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (3) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br /> • (a) For- unplatted lands where public sewer is not available: <br /> 1. The lot width and. area shall 'be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (b) For areas where public sewer is available: <br /> 1. The lot width and area shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (4) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS • <br /> (a) Setback-from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall conform to the re- <br /> quirements- of Section 10.17. <br /> (5) .
