SECTION 10.12 . (f) Dumping'gr.ounds; sanitary land fill- sites, demolition: material .disposal-sites and incinerator sites. Shall also .comply with Section. 60,72 of the Wisconsin Statutes :and. shall meet the minimum standards.as adopted by the State Department o.f Natural Resources pursuant to Sections 144.43 and 144.'44 of the Wisconsin Statutes.. (g). Cemeteries, crematoriums andcolumbarians when they comply with the provisions of Section 157.06 of the Wisconsin Statutes. (h) Commercially' operated airports., landing strips or landing fields together with accessory structures., (i) Skeet, trap :and rifle ranges, 'if net nearer than 800 feet .to any residence other than that of,.an -owner or caretaker. (j) Manufacturing or processingof natural agricultural resources and products eluding without limitation because of ,enumeration, creameries, cheese factories, condenseries., hemp mills,' sorghum mills, and •similar uses but not including 'rendering plants, .fertilizer• plants and the like: (k) :Veterinary clinics. and. hospitals provided that such, buildings be located not less than 100 feet from, any- lot in a residence district. (1) Laboratories, .experimental, ,research and development but not including the manufacture for sale of any: product. The minimum land area for such use shall be 5. acres and such buildings shall be located not less than 250 feet from any lot in a residence district. (m) Churches. (n) Antique shops. and used items shops provided that sales of new.items account for not more than 25%' of the total volume of business in:e calende.r year.. The business shall be :conducted in existing residential or accessory buildings on.the premises. .s Items defined as junk or' alvage shall riot be 'stored or sold on the premises. (o) Art studios, craft'studios and the sale- of art or craft items provided that such items are' the result of individual effort and are -not items which are manufactured . or mass, produced. The studios or shops .shall.be housed in existing. residential or accessory buildings .on the .premises._ • .(p) Furniture repair shops, cabinet .shops, upholstering shops, repair shops, and other similar shops or uses, whose principal business is service rather than sales of new items;. such uses shall .be incidental. to a permitted use of .the premises and all buildings housing such uses,shall be. accessory in size and area to the residential building. , Not more than one person who is not a member of the family resident on the premises.may be employed. . (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT (a) For residential uses the building. height shall be the same as for. the R-1 Resi- dence District. (b) For. all other buildings the maximum building height shall be sixty-five (65) feet. (4) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION .DENSITY REGULATIONS (a) For agricultural uses the area shall be -not less than five (5) acres and the mini- mum width shall be two hundred fifty (250) feet, the width to be measured at the to cation of accessory farm buildings.. (b) For residential uses the lot width and area shall 'be the same. as for the.R-1 Residence ,District. . • (c) For other permitted uses, no minimum width or area except for -those .uses for which special setback and side yards. have ,been established. (5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS . (a) No building, including barns and other farm buildings of any.description whatso ever,_ shall.hereafter be- erected, moved or structurally altered so as to be nearer the highway than is prescribed. by ,Section 10.17. - '
