SECTION 10.12 . <br /> (f) Dumping'gr.ounds; sanitary land fill- sites, demolition: material .disposal-sites <br /> and incinerator sites. Shall also .comply with Section. 60,72 of the Wisconsin <br /> Statutes :and. shall meet the minimum standards.as adopted by the State Department o.f <br /> Natural Resources pursuant to Sections 144.43 and 144.'44 of the Wisconsin Statutes.. <br /> (g). Cemeteries, crematoriums andcolumbarians when they comply with the provisions <br /> of Section 157.06 of the Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> (h) Commercially' operated airports., landing strips or landing fields together with <br /> accessory structures., <br /> (i) Skeet, trap :and rifle ranges, 'if net nearer than 800 feet .to any residence other <br /> than that of,.an -owner or caretaker. <br /> (j) Manufacturing or processingof natural agricultural resources and products <br /> eluding without limitation because of ,enumeration, creameries, cheese factories, <br /> condenseries., hemp mills,' sorghum mills, and •similar uses but not including 'rendering <br /> plants, .fertilizer• plants and the like: <br /> (k) :Veterinary clinics. and. hospitals provided that such, buildings be located not <br /> less than 100 feet from, any- lot in a residence district. <br /> (1) Laboratories, .experimental, ,research and development but not including the <br /> manufacture for sale of any: product. The minimum land area for such use shall be <br /> 5. acres and such buildings shall be located not less than 250 feet from any lot <br /> in a residence district. <br /> (m) Churches. <br /> (n) Antique shops. and used items shops provided that sales of new.items account for <br /> not more than 25%' of the total volume of business in:e calende.r year.. The business <br /> shall be :conducted in existing residential or accessory buildings on.the premises. <br /> .s <br /> Items defined as junk or' alvage shall riot be 'stored or sold on the premises. <br /> (o) Art studios, craft'studios and the sale- of art or craft items provided that such <br /> items are' the result of individual effort and are -not items which are manufactured . <br /> or mass, produced. The studios or shops .shall.be housed in existing. residential or <br /> accessory buildings .on the .premises._ <br /> • <br /> .(p) Furniture repair shops, cabinet .shops, upholstering shops, repair shops, and <br /> other similar shops or uses, whose principal business is service rather than sales <br /> of new items;. such uses shall .be incidental. to a permitted use of .the premises and <br /> all buildings housing such uses,shall be. accessory in size and area to the residential <br /> building. , Not more than one person who is not a member of the family resident on <br /> the premises.may be employed. . <br /> (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br /> (a) For residential uses the building. height shall be the same as for. the R-1 Resi- <br /> dence District. <br /> (b) For. all other buildings the maximum building height shall be sixty-five (65) feet. <br /> (4) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION .DENSITY REGULATIONS <br /> (a) For agricultural uses the area shall be -not less than five (5) acres and the mini- <br /> mum width shall be two hundred fifty (250) feet, the width to be measured at the to <br /> cation of accessory farm buildings.. <br /> (b) For residential uses the lot width and area shall 'be the same. as for the.R-1 <br /> Residence ,District. . <br /> • <br /> (c) For other permitted uses, no minimum width or area except for -those .uses for <br /> which special setback and side yards. have ,been established. <br /> (5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS . <br /> (a) No building, including barns and other farm buildings of any.description whatso <br /> ever,_ shall.hereafter be- erected, moved or structurally altered so as to be nearer <br /> the highway than is prescribed. by ,Section 10.17. - <br /> ' <br />
