SECTION-10.12; 10.1.3 . <br /> (6) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) For residential uses the minimum side yards shall be the same as for the R-1 <br /> Residence District. <br /> (b) Barns, feeding or loafing sheds, hog houses, mink pens, dog kennels, bee hives <br /> and the like shall be located no closer than one hundred (100) feet to the property <br /> line of adjacent properties, if such adjacent properties are located in a residential <br /> district. <br /> (7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) For residential uses the minimum rear yards shall ,be the same as for the R-1 <br /> Residence District. <br /> (8) OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> (a) Off=street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions .of <br /> Section 10.18 <br /> 10.13 C-1 COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT. MANUFACTURING DISTRICT <br /> (1) USES PERMITTED - <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the B-1 Local' Business District. • <br /> (b) Wholesale businesses and warehousing but not for the sale or storage- of salvage <br /> material. • <br /> _(c) :Bakeries, printing plants, laundries, cleaning and dying plants, mechanical re- <br /> pair shops, including garages having a capacity of not more than ten (10) cars for <br /> repair, bottling plants,- experimental and manufacturing laboratories and the like. <br /> (d) Woodworking plants, plants for the. fabrication of sheet metal products, .welding <br /> shops and the like employing not more than seven (7) persons in production. <br /> (e) Any processing or treatment clearly,. incidental to the conduct of ,a permitted <br /> business or use. <br /> (2) CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED IN THE C-1 COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT. <br /> (a) All conditional uses permitted in the B-1 Local Business District. . <br /> (b) Mineral Extraction subject to the special conditions of 10.12 (2) (a). <br /> (c) Amusement places, including shooting 'galleries, go cart driving courses and <br /> similar amusement concessions. <br /> (d) Dog kennels for the breeding, raising and boarding of dogs, veterinary._ hospitals. <br /> (e) Automobile' race tracks, motorcycle race courses and tracks. <br /> (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br /> (a) Residential buildings, or buildings combining residential and business uses, <br /> shall conform to the height limits of the R-1 Local Business District. <br /> (4) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br /> (a) Area; frontage and percent of occupancy regulations shall be the same as for the <br /> B-1 Local Business District. . <br /> (5) SETBACK REGULATIONS <br /> (a) Setback front lot line or highway right-of-way shall conform to the provisions of <br /> Section 10.17 <br /> ('6) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) Side yard requirements shall be the same as for the B-1 Local Business District. ' <br /> (7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) Rear yard requirements shall be the same as for the B-1 Local Business District. • <br /> - 18 - <br />
