SECTION 10.13; 10.14; 10,15 <br /> (8) OFF-STREET.PARKING <br /> (a) Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Section 10.18 <br /> 10.14 C-2 .COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT. <br /> (1) USES PERMITTED <br /> (a) All uses permitted in. the C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, <br /> except residential uses, including dwellings, rooming and boarding houses arid <br /> tourist and: trailer camps; provided, however, that accomodations may be provided <br /> for watchmen and caretakers employed on the premises and their families. <br /> (b) Warehouses, without limitation as to size; truck terminals and freight houses. <br /> (c) Fuel and lumber yards; bulk storage plants. . <br /> (d) All repair shops and garages, regardless of size or capacity, including repair <br /> of trucks and heavy machinery. <br /> (e) Woodworking and sheet .metal. plants, machine shops, welding shops 'and similar <br /> uses regardless of_size. <br /> (f) Inside or outside storage of. contractors' material and .equipment, including <br /> road building machinery, cement mixers and similar equipment. <br /> (2) CONDITIONAL. USES PERMITTED IN THE C-2 COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT. <br /> (a) All conditional uses permitted in the C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing' <br /> District except residential. uses including mobile home parks, nursing homes, con <br /> valescent homes, extended care facilities, recreational camps, tourist and trailer <br /> camps, campgrounds, motels and hotels except that- accomodations maybe_ provided <br /> for watchmen and caretakers employed on. the premises. . <br /> (b) Stock yards, <br /> (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br /> • <br /> • <br /> (a) The maximum height far all other .buildings 'shallte sixty-five (65) feet. <br /> (4) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br /> • <br /> (a) Area, frontage,," per cent of. occupancy and density Of population regulations . <br /> shall be the° same as for the B-1 Local Business District. <br /> (5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS . • <br /> (a) setback from front lot line or_highway right-of-way shall conform. to the <br /> provisions, of Section 10.17. <br /> (6) .
