(a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet; provided that for buildings exceed- <br /> ing two and one-half (21) stories or thirty-five (35) feet in height the rear yard shall be increased by <br /> ten (10) feet for each full story over two stories. <br /> (8) OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> (a) Off-street parking shall be as required by Section 10.18. <br /> • <br /> (9) MOBILE TOME PARKS <br /> (a) Mobile home parks are also subject to the provisions of Chapter H-77 of the NIsconsin Administrative Code <br /> and the more restrictive regulations shall apply. <br /> (b) Each space or lot for the accommodation of a single mobile home shall contain not less than 3,000 square <br /> feet of area., <br /> (c) There shall be at least 30 feet of spacing between mobile homes and no mobile home shall be less than 30 <br /> feet from any building in a park. <br /> (d) Mobile homes shall not be located closer to a public road than provided for in section 10.17 of thib ordinance. <br /> (e) Each space or lot shall provide not less than two (2) off street parking spaces. <br /> (f) Each lot shall be landscaped with at least one fast growing tree of at least two (2) inches in diameter at <br /> . ground level and two bushes or shrubs of at least three (3) feet in height. This requirement may be waived by <br /> the committee, if at the time of the application for a Conditional Use Permit, a landscaping plan is submitted <br /> that utilizes topography, plantings of trees or shrubs and/or decorative fencing to provide a degree of privacy <br /> between lots. _ <br /> (g) Each mobile home park shall provide a park and recreation area of at least 1 acre for each 50 or fraction <br /> of 50 lots in the park. The park and recreation area shall be located to provide easy access for all residents <br /> in the park. Additionally, the area shall be well drained to provide a clean and safe area for children to <br /> play and shall be equiped with a sufficient amount of playground equipment to accommodate the children living in <br /> the park. <br /> (h) All interior roads and street of a mobile home park shall conform to the standards for platted roads and <br /> streets as provided for in Chapter 28, The Dane County Land Division and Subdivision Ordinance and shall be <br /> paved in accordance with the paving standards of the township in which the park is located. <br /> (i) Coincidental with a application for a Conditional Use Permit for a mobile home park, a preliminary map of _the park shall be submitted, showing the proposed lot delineations, location of streets, access points to public <br /> • roads, location of proposed buildings, park and recreational areas. A landscaping plan may also be submitted as <br /> provided for in 10.08 (9)(f). <br /> • <br /> (j) Upon the approval and before the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for a mobile home park, the owner shall <br /> furnish to Dane County, 6 copies of a map drawn to scale of the park showing the location of all iterior roads, <br /> adjacent or abutting roads and points of access. Lots shall be clearly delineated and numbers assigned to each <br /> lot in sequence beginning with number 1. <br /> 110.09 RH-1 RURAL HOMES DISTRICT I <br /> (1) USES PERMITTED <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (b) General farming, including dairying, livestock raising and similar uses, except fur farming, rodent breeding <br /> and raising, or any animal breeding and raising for experimental purposes, apiaries, feeding of livestock for <br /> market. <br /> (c) Roadside stands. <br /> (2) CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED IN THE RH-1 RURAL HOMES DISTRICT <br /> (a) Institutions for children <br /> (b) Group Foster Homes • <br /> (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br /> • <br /> (a) The building height shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (li) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br /> (a) For residential uses, the lot width and area shall be the same as for the R:..1 Residence District. <br /> (b) For livestock raising, the lot width and area shall be the same as for the A-1 Agricultural District. <br /> (5) SETBACK REQUI ENENTS <br /> -10- <br />
