(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall conform to the requirements of Section 10.17. <br /> (6) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The minimum side yards shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (b) For livestock raising the side yards shall be the same as for the A-1 Agricultural District. <br /> (7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The minimum rear yard shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (b) For livestock raising the rear yards shall be the same as for the A-1 Agricultural 'District. <br /> 110.10 RE-1 RECREATIONAL DISTRICT, <br /> • <br /> (1) USES PERMITTED <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the RH-1 District. <br /> (b) Boat liveries and the sale of bait. <br /> (c) Ski slides and tobaggan slides. <br /> (2) CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED IN THE RE-1 RECREATIONAL DISTRICT <br /> (a) Recreational camps, camp grounds and camping resorts along with the facilities necessary to serve the pre- <br /> mises. All such camps shall comply with the standards established in Chapters H75 and H78 of the Wisconsin Admi- <br /> nistrative Code. <br /> (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br /> (a) The building height limitations shall be the same as for R-1 Residence District. <br /> (4) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The lot width and area shall be the same as for the R-3 Residence District. <br /> (b) No building, together with its accessory buildings, shall occupy in excess of thirty-five (35) percent <br /> of the area of an interior lot or forty (40) per cent of the area of a corner lot. <br /> (5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall conform to the requirements of Section 10.17. <br /> (6) . SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The minimum side yard shall be the same as for the R-3 Residence District. • <br /> (b) For buildings permitted in 10.10 (1)(d), no building shall be located within one hundred fifty (150) feet <br /> of a residence district. <br /> (7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> (8) OFF STREET PARKING <br /> (a) Off-street parking shall be provided as required by Section 10.18. <br /> 110.11 B-1 LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT ] <br /> (1) USES PERMITTED <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the.E-4 Residence District. <br /> (b) All uses permitted in the RE-1 Recreational District. <br /> (c) Rooming Houses and boarding houses. <br /> i <br /> (d) Retail and service uses(except the following:? <br /> 1.
