The storage of not more than one truck, the capacity of which does not ex- <br /> ceed 2 1/2 tons, shall not be deemed a truck terminal. <br /> (75) Temporary or Portable Building: A building or structure that is not attached to the <br /> ground by anchors,,bolts, footings, foundation piers, pilings, posts or other means <br /> of attaching permanently to the ground. Lawn and yard buildings not attached, anchored <br /> or affixed to the ground shall not exceed 32 square feet of floor area on a lot in a 1 <br /> residence district. <br /> (76) Utility Services: Transmission and distribution lines both above and below ground <br /> which carry electricity, petroleum products, natural or manufactured gas, water, sewer - 1 <br /> or telephone messages, included are buildings, necessary to operate transmission and <br /> distribution lines such as substations, transformer installations, repeater stations, <br /> pumping stations but not including offices, garages, manually operated exchanges, ter- <br /> minal distribution facilities, electric generating plants and sewage disposal plants. <br /> (77) Vision Clearance Triangle: Shall be the area in each quadrant of an intersection which <br /> is bounded by the right-of-way lines of the highways or streets and a vision clearance <br /> setback line connecting points on each right-of-way line which are located a distance <br /> of back from the intersection equal to the setback required on the road or highway. <br /> (78) Yard: A space on a lot on which a building is situated, unoccupied except as otherwise <br /> provided in this ordinance, open and unobstructed from the ground to the sky. <br /> (79) Yard Rear: An open space, unoccupied except for accessory buildings, extending from <br /> the rear line of the building to the rear lot, line for the entire width of the lot. <br /> On lake shore or water front lots the water front end of the lot shall be deemed the <br /> rear end of the lot for the purpose of computing rear yard and setback required by <br /> this ordinance. <br /> (80) Yard, Side: A yard or open space on each side of the main building extending from <br /> the side wall of the building to the side lot line and from the front lot line to <br /> the rear yard. <br /> 1/ <br /> - 6 - <br />
