(5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall comply with the pro- <br /> visions of Section 10.17. <br /> (6) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) For buildings to be used exclusively for business purposes that are located <br /> on interior lots, a side yard of ten (10) feet for each side shall be provided. <br /> For buildings located on corner lots, the setback provisions of ss 10.17 shall <br /> apply on the street sides. <br /> (b) For residential buildings, or buildings to be used for combined residential and <br /> business purposes, the side yards shall be the same as in the R-4 Residence Dis- <br /> trict. <br /> (7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) For buildings to be used exclusively for business purposes the minimum depth of <br /> any rear yard shall be ten (10) feet. <br /> (b) For residential buildings, or buildings, combining residential and business uses, <br /> the minimum depth of any rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> (8) OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> (a) Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Section 10.18. <br /> (9) SCREENING PROVISIONS <br /> (a) On lots adjacent to or abutting land in a residence district, the screening provi- <br /> sions of Section 10.16 (8) shall be complied with prior to the issuance of a Certi- <br /> ficate of Compliance. <br /> - 17 - <br />
