�(1 + 1)ane County Code 2a-42 <br /> ®, .7^ . <br /> be issued under section 1.0.25(S} of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> (b) The owner or his agent shall have all <br /> lot corners visibly staked prior to <br /> requesting an inspection. If the zoning <br /> administrator is unable to accurately verify <br /> the location of a building on its lot, he may <br /> post a stop work order and require that a <br /> survey map be prepared by a registered <br /> land surveyor that will show the location of <br /> the building on its lot before allowing <br /> construction to continue. <br /> (c) Stop work order. <br /> 1. Whenever the Zoning Administrator <br /> finds that any construction does not comply <br /> with the provisions of the ordinance, the <br /> Zoning Administrator shall post, in a <br /> conspicuous place on the premises, a stop <br /> • <br /> work order which shall cause all activity to <br /> Cease until the construction is in compliance <br /> with the ordinance. <br /> 2. The card shall provide the following <br /> information: date of issuance, town and <br /> section number, reason for posting and the <br /> signature of the inspector posting the card. <br /> 3.
