2a-43 _ Zoning 10.25 <br /> compliance shall state the use and <br /> occupancy and the location of the building <br /> or buildings and i ndicate that the use of land <br /> complies with all of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> ' (b) Every application for a zoning permit <br /> shall be an application for a certificate of <br /> compliance. <br /> (c) An application for a certificate of <br /> compliance for a new use or a change in use <br /> ., of land or a building shall be made directly <br /> to the zoning administrator. <br /> . (d) No certificate of compliance for a <br /> building or addition thereto, constructed <br /> after the effective date of this ordinance <br /> shall be issued until construction has been <br /> • <br /> ' substantially completed and the premises <br /> inspected and certified by the zoning <br /> administrator to be in conformity with the <br /> specifications on which the permit was <br /> issued. The zoning administrator may <br /> establish rules by which a temporary <br /> certificate of compliance may be issued for a <br /> part of a building. <br /> (e) Any person, firm or corporation <br /> - , having a legal or equitable interest in a <br /> property which is non-conforming as to use <br /> or building location may request a <br /> certificate of compliance. Said applicant <br /> shall present documentary proof that said <br /> use was a permitted use at the time it <br /> originated or that the building has been <br /> • erected prior to the adoption of this <br /> ordinance and was made non-conforming <br /> • by the adoption of this ordinance or <br /> amendment thereto.
