The card shall provide the following information; date of issuance, town and <br /> section number, reason for posting and the signature of the inspector posting <br /> the card. <br /> • 3. It shall be a violation of the ordinance for the unauthorized removal of the <br /> card from the premises. <br /> (4) FEES FOR ZONING PERMITS _ <br /> (a) Fees for permits for new single family homes and duplexes shall be $5.00 plus <br /> $0.02 for each square foot of floor area including basements and attached <br /> garages. Measurements to be made using outside dimensions. When computed the <br /> amount shall be rounded to the nearest dollar. <br /> (b) For all new construction except for single family and duplex residences; for ad- <br /> ditions and alterations to existing buildings and buildings used for agricultural <br /> purposes that because of locational requirements a Board of Adjustment permit is <br /> required. Cost of construction shall also include the cost of mechanical equip- <br /> ment but not manufacturing or processing machinery or equipment; the fee shall be <br /> computed as follows: <br /> • $10.00 <br /> For the first $1,000 of construction cost $1.00 <br /> For each addition $1,000 of construction cost <br /> (c) Special exception permits to place fill in a shoreland or flood plain area 525.00 <br /> (d) Fees collected under this section shall be collected at the time the permit is <br /> issued, and shall be accounted for and paid into the general fund as are other <br /> moneys collected by the County. The Zoning Administrator shall issue a receipt <br /> for each fee collected. Zoning permits are required for municipally owned build- <br /> ings, however, the fee shall be waived. <br /> (e) A permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this section shall• •xpire one year <br /> from the date of issuance if construction is not started within that time and <br /> will expire if construction once started does not diligently proceed om- <br /> pletion within two years of starting time. <br /> (5) FEES FOR PETITIONS TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND APPLICATIONS FOR CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMITS <br /> (a) Petitions to amend the Zoning Ordinance and applications for Conditional Use 50.00 <br /> Permits <br /> 1. A town board may, on a one time basis, submit a petition to change the zoning <br /> classification of various lands within the town to implement a town land use <br /> plan without the necessity of submitting a filing fee as provided for in (a) <br /> above. <br /> It shall be the responsibility of the town hoard to notify land owners whose <br /> land will be affected by the proposed changes in the zoning district boundaries. <br /> (b) Mineral extraction permits ana renewals <br /> $25.00 <br /> 1. Such fees shall be waived for any amendment to the text of the Dane County <br /> Ordinance when filed by any Dane County Supervisor or by any Town Board of <br /> Dane County or for an amendment to the Zoning Maps or application for a Con- <br /> ditional Use Permit for land owned by any municipality when such a-petition <br /> or application is filed by the governingibody of that municipality. <br /> 2. Such fees shall be collected by the Zoning Administrator at the time the <br /> application or petition is filed, and shall be accounted for and paid <br /> into the general fund of the County as other moneys collected by the <br /> County.
