For all Class "B" highways,, setback linos <br />located parallel to and distant scventy-fivc (75) foot from the center line of <br />the highway arc hereby established. <br />In no case shall the sotbQk lines in Class "A" or Class "B" highwyas bo lo- <br />catod loss-than forty -two (12) foot from the highway right of way line. <br />Where the location of two or more highways of different classifications are <br />coincidental, the greater setback shall apply. <br />SECTION X - NON- CONFORITING USES: <br />Tho lawful use*of any building or promises existing at the timo of the adoption <br />of this ordinance, although such use does not conform to the provisions hereof, <br />ray be continued, but if such lion -conf orning use is discontnued, any future use <br />of the said'building or promises shall be in conformity with the provisions of <br />this ordinance. <br />The non - conforming use of a building or promises may be changed to another <br />non - conformin use of the sumo or a highor classification. Whoncver a non - <br />conformAG use of a building or promises has boon changed to a more .restricted <br />use, such use shall not thereafter be changed to a loss restricted use. <br />Whenever district boundaries or regulations shall hereafter be changed, ariy <br />then existing non- conforir.i.nG use in such chaff, rod' dictr"i.ctvn y.:be.° continued or <br />changed to a' use perrattod in the same district as that in which the existing use <br />is permitted; provided that all other regulations govering the now use are com- <br />plied with. <br />Immediately after the passage and plublieation-of this ordinance, the County <br />Board of Supervisors shall cause.to be made a record of all nor_ - conforming uses <br />in accordance with subsection seven (7)*of Section 59.97 of the Wisconsin <br />statutes as amended by the laws of 1935. <br />SECTION .XI - COMPLETION AND RESTORNION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS <br />Nothing herein contained shall require any change in tho plans, construction <br />or intended use of a building"for which plans have been prepared heretofore and <br />the construction of which shall have boon diligently prosecuted within one (1) <br />month after the date of passago of this ordinance, and the ground story framework <br />of which, including the second'tier of boaus, shall have been completed within <br />six (6) months after the date of passage of this ordinance. <br />Nothing heroin contained shall prevent the restoration of a building destryed <br />My fire; explosion, act of God or act of the publia onony subsequent to the <br />passage of this ordinance; except that a non - conforming use so destroyed, to the <br />extent of fifty (50 %) percent or more of its assessed valuation; according to the <br />assossment for the fiscal year in which such destruction occurs, !hall, from and <br />after the ?ate of such destruction, conform to all of the regulations of the <br />district in which it is located. <br />SECTION XII - BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICTS <br />r - <br />In unsubdividod property, unless othorwise indicated on the :-lap, the district <br />boundary lines are the center linos of streets, highways, railroads, section lines <br />or quarter section lines or such lines extended. More district boundary lines <br />are indicated -as adjacent and parallel or approximately parallel to street, high - <br />way'or.railroad- lines, such district boundary lines'shall be assumed to be not <br />less than three hundred (300) feet from the nearest right -of -way line measured <br />at right anglos •to such "right -of ,ray line. <br />Whore uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the various districts <br />shown on the nap .4pcvVPa4yinq and ?rage a part of this ordinance, such boundaries <br />shall be determined by the use of the scale contained on such map. <br />-6- <br />
