<br />In the Industrial District,,buildings and premises may be used for any
<br />use except the following:
<br />1. Uses that arc noxious or offensive by reason of the emission
<br />of' odor, dulst, smoke, gas or noise
<br />2, Uses which are especially hazardous to life or property
<br />3 Family' dwellings -, single or multiple
<br />4. hotels,' Ro9ralig or Lodging Housos
<br />5. Schools, Musour.!s. Charitable In.stitutions
<br />Heighti No building or structure hereafter erected or altered shall be
<br />more than five (5,) stories or sixty (60) foot in height.
<br />Setback Lines: Soo Section IX.
<br />SECTION IX HIGMAY SETBACK LINES
<br />Unless othervrise'described, setback Tines shall bo parallel to the center
<br />Lines of the highways, measurod at a,,right angle to the eonter line of the
<br />highway, at the distances hereinafter specified for each highway..
<br />At intersections of highways with hi,)Ywa.ys where the grades are not separated,
<br />setback lines are hereby established ticross each sector between the intersecting
<br />highways. Such setback. lines, shall be straight lines., connecting two points
<br />on the intersecting highymy setback lines which points are located fifty, (50)
<br />-feet distant from the intersections of the hi&vay'setback lines.
<br />At intersections of highways and railroads -where the grades are not separated,
<br />the setback lines are hereby *` established across, each sector between the intor-
<br />secting•highwa.ys. 'and. railroads. Such setback lines shall be straight lines
<br />connodting points on the highway setback lines and the railroad right of way
<br />lines, which points are - located at distances of one hundred (100) feet from the
<br />intersections of ,such highway setback lines and right of way lines respectively.
<br />No'building or structure of any kinds except necessary highway and traffic
<br />signs,'tomporaiy structuros in the Commercial and'Industrial Districts and open
<br />fences, .through which there shall be clear vision, shall bo-hereaftor constructed,
<br />-erected or moved into the spa.co within sucli setback. lines. Except as horein
<br />provided no building or structuro oxccp:tamucessary highway and traffic signs and
<br />temporary structures in the Commercial and Industrial Districts,.presontly eiisting
<br />within such setback lines, shall be removed or replaced hereafter in,any way,
<br />except outside' the setback lino.
<br />No building or structure within the ostablishod setback linos, except
<br />necossary highway and traffic signs, temporary structures in the Commercial and
<br />Industrial Districts arld ;open fences horcinbeforo mentioned, shall be altered,
<br />enlarged or added to in any way which will increase or prolong the permanency
<br />of any portion located within the established setback lines.
<br />The provisions of this soCti on as they affect, "Temporary Structures" shall not
<br />apply to the area within the setback lines ostablishod across the sectors at the
<br />intersections of highways or highways aiid railwr ysb
<br />In all cases who're any of, the highways for: - hich setback lines are established
<br />by this ordinance; are located on the county line, such establishment shall
<br />apply. only within this countyi
<br />Setback Lines'Establishod: For the purpose of 'this ordinance all highways in

<br />divided into Class "13." highways and Class "l3" higlnvays. -
<br />(1) Class "11" highways: For all hiClmnTays marked or_ the official zoning
<br />map as Class "A" highways, setback lines, located parallel to and distant one
<br />hundred (100) feet from the center line of the-highway,-are hereby established.
