Tourist Camp: Any tract or parcol of lanai upon which two (2) or more camp cottages are located or whoro temporary accomodatioliz are -)rovidod for two (2) or more automobile trailers, torts or house cars, open to the public either, free or for a fee. Lot: A parcel of land which is or may be occupied by a building and,its accessory buildings or uses customarily incidental thereto, together with such yards or open spaces as may be required by this ordinance. SECTION II - DISTRICTS For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety and general welfare, tho County of Dano, outside the limits of incorporated villages and cities, is hereby divided into six (6) Districts known as: Residence District "A" Residence District "B" Agricultural District Cor:.morcial District Service District Industrial District The boundaries of the aforesaid six (6) districts are shown upon_ the map of Da_nc County, attached hereto, being designated as the "Zoning Map of Dane County, Vdisconsin, dated 193 , and made a part of this ordinance. All notations, references' andothcr tl-iings shown upon the said "Zoning Map" shall be as much a part of this ordinance as if the mattor and things set forth by the said map were fully described herein. No building, structure or premises shall be erected, structurally altered or used for a purpose other than is pormitted by this ordinance in the District in which such building, structure or promises is located. No lot areaphall be so reduced or dimished that yards or other open spaces shall be smaller than may be proscribed by this ordinance nor shall the density Of Population 'be increased in any manner except in conformity to the regulations herein established. No building or structure shall hereafter be erected or structurally altered adjacent to-any lake or stroam unless it be so situated that the basement floor shall be above the high grater marl_. No building or structure located within one mile of the boundaries of any airport, emergency landing field or landing basin shall hereafter be erected. or structurally altered to a height which. is greater than one -cigth (1/8) of the distance betwoon july boundary line of such airpor-L, omorgency landing field" or landing-basin and the nearest part of such building and structure; provided, further, that no overhead power, telophone or telegraph lines shall be erectod within one -half (2) mile of any boundary of azly airport, emcrge_Zcy landing field or landing basin. SECTION III - RESIDENCE DISTRICT "A" REGUU -TIONS Use In the Residence District "A" no building or promises shall be used and no building shall hereafter be erected or structurally altered, unless othert'riso provided in this ordinance, except for one or more of. the following specified uses: 1. Accessory Buildings 2. Cemeteries 3.'Churches, Sbhools and Colleges 4. Mucatioral, Philathropic & Elooi;osynary Institutions 5 :Garet -o lg and Farming; except poultry, fur and stock farms wind farms operated for the disposal of sowage, rubbish or offal. 6.
