(2) PERMITTED USES. All uses permitted in the A -1 Agriculture District <br />(Exclusive) . <br />(3) CONDITIONAL USES permitted in the A -3 Agriculture District. All <br />conditional uses permitted in the A -1 Agriculture District (Exclusive). <br />(4) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT. Building height shall be the same as for the <br />A -1 Agriculture District (Exclusive). <br />(5) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS. As per the A -1 <br />Agriculture District (Exclusive). <br />(6) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS. Setback requirements shall be the same as for <br />the A -1 Agriculture District (Exclusive). <br />(7) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS. Side yard requirements shall be the same as <br />for the A -1 Agricultue District (Exclusive). <br />(8) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS. For residential uses the minimum rear yard <br />shall be the same as for the A -1 Agriculture District (Exclusive). <br />(9) GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE to the A -3 Agriculture District. <br />General provisions shall be the same for the A -3 Agriculture District as <br />10.123 (10). <br />
