<br />5-. Schools, Museums, Charitable Institutions
<br />Height: No buildinr- or structure hereafter erected or altered shall be
<br />more than five (5) stories or six-by (60) foot in height.,

<br />Setback Lines: See Section IX.
<br />SECTION IX - HIGHWAY SETBACK LINES
<br />Unless othervrise described, setback lines shall be parallel to the center
<br />lines of the highways, measured at a right angle to the center line of'the
<br />highway, at the distances hereinafter specified for each highvray.
<br />At intersections of highways with hil ;h -rays where the grades are not separated,
<br />setback lines are hereby established across each sector between the intereect-i.ng
<br />highways. Such setback lines shall be straight lines, connecting' two points
<br />on the intersecting; highyra.y setback lines which point's are located fifty (50)
<br />feet distant from the intersections of the highway setback lines.
<br />A+, intersections of highways and railroads vrhere the grades are not separated,
<br />the setback lines are hereby established across each sector betvroon the - inter-
<br />setting highways and railroads. Such "setback lines shall be straight lines
<br />connecting points on the highway setback lines and the railroad right of way
<br />lines, which paints are located at distances of one hundred (100)'feet�f'rop the
<br />intersections of such highway setback lines and right of way lines respectively.
<br />No' 'buildinC or structure of any kind, except necessary highway and traffic
<br />signs, temporary structures in the Commercial and Industrial Districts and open
<br />fences, through which there shall be clear vision, shall be hereafter constructed,
<br />erected or moved into the space within su.ch.setback lines. Except as herein
<br />provided no building or structure oxccpt.-nacessary hiUhvray. and traffic signs' and
<br />temporary structures in the Corimnrclal and Industrial Districts, presently eicistin
<br />within such setback_ lines, shall be removed or replaced hereafter in any yra.y,
<br />except outside the setback line.
<br />No building or structure within the established setback: lines, except
<br />necessary highway and traffic signs, temporary structures in the Commercial and ,
<br />Industrial Districts and open fences hereinbofore mentioned, shall be altered,
<br />enlarged or added to in any way which will increase or prolong the permanency
<br />of any portion located within the established setback lines.
<br />The provisions of this section as they effect "Tonporary Structures" shall not
<br />apply to the area within tho setback lines established across the sectors at the
<br />intersections of highways or highways and railvoays.
<br />In all cases whore any of the highways for which setback lines are established
<br />by this ordinance, a:re located on the county line, such establishnent shall
<br />apply only within this county.
<br />Setback Lines Established: For the purpose of this ordinance all highways in
<br />Dane CounY:7 outside of the li.4.Jts oz" incporporated cities and.villages -, are
<br />divided into Class "�111 hiGlivays raid Class "B" hiz,1- xTays.
<br />(1) Class "All highways: For all highways marked on the official zoning
<br />map as Class "A" highways, setback lines, located parallel to and distant one
<br />hundrod (100) feet from the ceritor line of th.e,highwu y, are hereby established.
